12 Months of FitnessChallenge 2: Cross Country RaceBlog 8 - 30th January, 2012 The past week training for my cross country race on the 5th February has been light; my knee has been a problem and has taken a while to settle down after the bike ride. I have managed a few short runs, trying to build up my speed by taking on the Moffats Senior Cross Country Course, and surprising myself with the decent times I have been able to clock! Still I am concerned I will be a little uncooked come race day, completing the course will be easy, beating my target time will be the real test. Photo taken during Challenge 1. |
